Barcelona tabled a second bid for Olmo worth €50m and €15m (£13m/$16m) in add-ons. Barca have given up on a deal to sign Nico Williams and are focusing on the Leipzig playmaker, but the Bundesliga club are unwilling to allow a deal at such a price, per

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Leipzig are unhappy with both the fee being proposed and the payment structure. They would prefer a deal where they are guaranteed €55m (£46m/$59m) and want the majority of it this summer. Barcelona are unable to match that demand at present.
